OUR POLICY

Production & Shipping Process

  • Order Confirmation: Production begins only after the 50% deposit is received and the Pre-Production Sample (PPS) or final digital mock-up is formally approved by the client.

  • Lead Time: Standard lead times typically range from 4 to 8 weeks from the date of PPS approval, depending on the complexity (e.g., Cut & Sew vs. Sublimation) and order volume. Your dedicated account manager will confirm the estimated production time upon order confirmation.

  • Shipping Methods: We primarily use trusted international carriers (e.g., DHL, FedEx, UPS) to ensure reliable, tracked, and timely delivery worldwide.

  • Shipping Costs: Shipping costs are calculated based on the final order volume, weight, and destination. This cost will be provided to the client in the final quote and is included in the final balance due.

  • Tracking: Once the order is shipped, we will provide you with a tracking number and a link to monitor your shipment’s progress.

Important Notes

  • Customs and Duties: Clients are responsible for any customs fees, import duties, taxes, or clearance charges levied by the destination country. These fees are not included in the final invoice amount.

  • Delivery Address: We are not responsible for delays or losses caused by incorrect or incomplete shipping addresses provided by the client.

Returns & Warranty Policy

Due to the custom nature of our products, all sales are considered final. We cannot accept returns or exchanges for change of mind or incorrectly ordered sizes/quantities. Our warranty covers manufacturing defects only.

1. Warranty Against Manufacturing Defects

We guarantee all apparel against defects in materials and craftsmanship for [e.g., 30 days] after the date of delivery. A manufacturing defect includes:

  • Faulty stitching or seam separation.

  • Incorrect application of decoration (e.g., misaligned embroidery).

  • Major discrepancies between the final product and the approved PPS or final digital proof.

2. Non-Warrantied Issues (Not Covered)

We cannot offer returns or refunds for issues arising from:

  • Sizing Issues: Products based on size charts that were approved by the client during the sampling process.

  • Design/Color Discrepancies: Minor color variations that fall within acceptable industry tolerance, or changes made after the final PPS approval.

  • Customer Misuse: Damage caused by improper washing, drying, or excessive wear.

3. Claims Process

  1. Notification: The client must notify Custom Cut Sports of any alleged defect within [e.g., 7 days] of receiving the order.

  2. Evidence: The client must provide clear photographic evidence of the defect, the issue, and the affected garments.

  3. Resolution: If the defect is confirmed by our Quality Control team, we will, at our sole discretion, either:

    • Replace the defective garments at no cost (the preferred solution).

    • Offer a credit against a future order.

    • Issue a partial or full refund for the affected items.

We are committed to resolving any genuine quality issues swiftly and fairly. Your satisfaction with our craftsmanship is our top priority.
